"We've worked with thousands of families in our clinic - and we're in the thick of it with our own kids at home. We know the research and we know the 3am meltdowns. That's what we bring to these courses."

Frequently Asked Questions
What ages are these courses designed for?
Our courses cover the full parenting journey - from toddlers through to teenagers. Each course clearly indicates the age range it's designed for, so you can choose what's relevant to your family right now. The principles we teach are grounded in child development science, which means they adapt as your child grows.
Will this work for kids with ADHD, autism, or anxiety?
Yes. Our courses are created by highly qualified, leading child psychologists who specialise in neurodivergence and behavioural challenges. The strategies we teach aren't one-size-fits-all - they're designed to help you understand what's driving your child's behaviour and respond in ways that actually work for their unique wiring. Many of the families we work with came to us specifically because their child doesn't fit the "typical" mould.
What makes Unbound Parents different from other parenting courses?
We're not influencers sharing tips that worked for our kids. We're experienced child psychologists who are also parents - we've seen thousands of families in clinical practice and we've lived the 3am wake-ups ourselves. Our approach is science-led but heart-filled: evidence-based strategies delivered with the warmth and practicality that only comes from being in the trenches too.
I've tried everything - why would this be different?
Most parenting advice treats symptoms, not causes. We teach you to understand why your child behaves the way they do - what's happening in their brain, what needs aren't being met, and what they're trying to communicate through their behaviour. Once you understand the why, the strategies stop feeling like guesswork and start actually working.
How quickly will I see results?
Many parents notice shifts within the first week - not because their child magically transforms, but because they start responding differently. The real changes build over time as new patterns replace old ones. Parenting is a long game, but you'll feel more confident and less reactive almost immediately.
Do both parents need to complete the course?
No, but it helps. One parent can absolutely learn and apply the strategies solo. That said, when both parents (or any caregivers involved) are on the same page, consistency improves and results come faster. If your partner is hesitant, start yourself - they'll often come around when they see things shifting.
What if my partner and I don't agree on parenting?
You're not alone - most couples have different instincts and approaches. Our courses give you a shared framework and common language, which makes it easier to get aligned without the arguments. You don't have to agree on everything, but having the same foundational understanding makes a big difference.
I'm already overwhelmed - how do I fit this in?
We built these courses for exhausted parents, not parents with spare time (do those exist?). Lessons are short and practical - think 10 minutes while the kids nap or during your commute. No fluff, no filler. You'll spend less time than you currently spend googling "why won't my child listen" - and actually get answers that work.
Is this based on real psychology or just parenting trends?
Real psychology. Our courses are built on decades of peer-reviewed research in child development, attachment theory, and behavioural science - not whatever's trending on Instagram this week. We translate the science into practical, usable strategies. The stuff we actually use in our own busy, widely respected clinic. No jargon, no fluff, just what actually works.
Can I revisit the content after I've finished?
Yes. Once you've enrolled, you have ongoing access to the course materials. Parenting challenges evolve as your child grows, and what you need at age 4 is different from age 8. Come back whenever you need a refresher or a new perspective.
Shouldn't parenting just come naturally? Why do I need a parenting course?
Many aspects of parenting do come naturally, but like any important aspect of life, there's always more to learn and room for growth. Our parenting course offers evidence-based strategies and insights that complement your natural instincts. It's designed to enhance your skills, provide fresh perspectives, and address challenges that might not be intuitive. Just as athletes train and artists practice, learning about parenting can empower you to bring out the best in both yourself and your children.
